Demolition project for an industrial building and construction of a multi-family residential building obtained within the lot. Characterized by a search for balance between "solids and voids" especially for the second proposal, while the first traces a modernist influence. Building with energy class A, also obtained through the presence of a photovoltaic system on the roof.
