The abandoned land on the outskirts of Milan takes on new life thanks to agriculture. 

The regeneration project of this area was based on its main characteristic, the cultivation. A hop picking with an annexed space for beer production was thought of. A brewery where you can enjoy a fresh pint in the midst of hop plants, to have fun and interact in an unusual natural environment for a citizen. The structure is inspired by greenhouses, as buildings to be enhanced in the concept of a space that is neither closed nor open, but with a different ambient comfort.

Outside there is a parking area designed to accomodate suistanable mobility from which to leave for trips "out of the town". It is a gate for the southern entrance to the city, a reference point for motorized and non-motorized vehicles.
