Project of reconversion of a typical milan industrial area close to the Expo area.

The tower type is proposed for the placement of high-tech tertiary and productive destination, as a definition of the cornerstone representing the entrance to the city. This also ensures visibility over 10 km away from the Como-Milano motorway. 

The façades are characterized by a play of solids and voids generated by projecting bodies organized within a regular orthogonal grid. 

At the foot of the building is placed a large green space, regenerating the entire lot: "from gray to green".
