Concept for the renovation of the existing hotel.

The project enhances and valorizes the visual relationship between the building and the sea, also favoured by the presence of a square in front, through an open courtyard planimetric plant, which allows to maximize the number of "sea view" rooms. The first two levels, hosting commercial spaces, are covered by a dome characterizing the space. 
The main façade has a glass wall that allows the hotel to be shielded from the noise generated by the road axis, as well as offering a space of greater privacy and exclusivity of the raised courtyard.
