Preliminary project with approved by "Commissione per il Paesaggio di Milano" (Milan Landscape Commission) for a commercial building of approximately 1,400 square meters of urbanistic ground floor and underground parking.

The building complies with the prescribed morphological regulations and the existing cemetery constraint, setting back from the main road axis.

Materials and color tones characteristic of the surrounding urban area are incorporated.

The project includes the planting of 41 new trees, the use of permeable paving for surface parking, and a photovoltaic roof for the building.
