Founded in Milan in 1984, Studio FZ was conceptualised by architects Renato Ferrari and Cristina Zanardo. Over the years the company has been growing and becoming increasingly structured, orienting towards the creation and development of projects largely aimed at private clients. The Studio, guided today by the father and son, consists of 15 professionals who accompany the customer throughout the creative process: from conception to realization of the projects of urban planning, architecture and interior design.



 

Incorporating its almost forty years of experience, the Studio, directed by Ferrari, has consolidated an integrated design, technical management and consultancy approach for real estate developments. This accompanies the private client, as well as company and institutional representatives, from the preliminary urban planning analyses, to the preparation and submission of construction documents, up to the supervision of the building works.



 

The studio is currently faced with new challenges and modern contemporary requirements, addressing the issues of environmental sustainability and regeneration on an urban scale and in single local projects.



 

The company is involved in important urban and environmental regeneration projects, leveraging on its capacities in the urban development sector. This results from a profound knowledge of the rules and an excellent approach to interacting with the private clients by achieving objectives in a relationship based on trust. The latter is accomplished through the considerable dedication and sharing of the final objectives, by adopting an entrepreneurial professional approach.
