ARCO DEL SOLE - FROSINONE
2024 – RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
The Arco del Sole project sets a new benchmark for residential and commercial architecture in Frosinone, blending aesthetics, innovation, and sustainability.
Located in the lower part of the city, between Via Po and Via Tommaso Landolfi, the complex spans approximately 17,400 sqm, integrating residential spaces, professional offices, a commercial hub, and green areas.
The residential building rises 14 floors above ground, featuring expansive continuous terraces that wrap around the structure, defining its aesthetics while providing outdoor spaces for each apartment and enhancing the building’s solar protection.
A distinctive design element is the large archway, an iconic architectural feature framing a view of Frosinone’s historic center.
The complex will house approximately 75 apartments, along with a ground floor entirely dedicated to shared amenities—including co-working spaces, a gym, a children’s area, and a communal living space—as well as offices and professional studios on the first floor. The total residential volume amounts to approximately 29,600 cubic meters, in addition to about 11,200 cubic meters of commercial space.
Sustainability is at the core of the project, featuring a 400 kWp photovoltaic system, a geothermal plant, solutions for sustainable mobility, and the use of local materials such as Coreno stone.
The development also includes the creation of two new public roads, dedicated parking areas, and expanded green spaces for public use.
Arco del Sole redefines contemporary living by combining energy efficiency, quality of life, and an innovative architectural language that enhances Frosinone’s urban landscape.
