Preliminary design for high residential building.

Characterized by the structural scan in the facade, generating double-height terraces and integrated flower boxes.

It binds to the adjacent buildings through lower bodies and with different characterization of the fronts.

The ground floor neighborhood shops and the 15th floor penthouse fully glazed over the city of Milan.
