Located along the water channel Naviglio Grande, the project takes up the aesthetics of the context and building tradition of Milan, renewing it. The presence of two courtyards open onto the channel refers to the ancient Milan palaces, but they have a cover and front closure with a glass façade.

Numerous recreational spaces, such as an indoor swimming pool, offer a new concept of multi-family residence.
