2024 – ACCOMODATION

 

 

The urban plan proposes the construction of a 4-star, high-profile international hotel with 252 rooms across 11 above-ground floors.

The accommodation facility, with a GLA of approximately 12,100 sqm, includes amenities such as a bar/restaurant, co-working spaces, lounge areas, a breakfast terrace, a rooftop pool, a gym, and a spa.

In addition to the accommodation facility and its 130 parking spaces covered by a photovoltaic canopy, a multi-story parking garage with an additional 150 parking spaces has been designed in a high-tech structure clad with photovoltaic panels.

 

The estimated total energy production from photovoltaics is 1 MegaWP. The project includes a geothermal system, electric vehicle charging points, over 2,400 sqm of permeable surface, and the planting of 47 new trees.

The development is set to become a flagship at the southeastern entrance of Milan and will serve as an intermodal hub.

A pedestrian and cycling bridge will directly connect the hotel to the future San Francesco area development, located a few hundred meters away.
